In Pueblo on November 2nd, 2005 and again in Denver on May 4th and 5th and November 1, 2006, I.J. Hill Appraisal Services organized and facilitated comprehensive seminars designed to inform real-estate participants within Colorado who are affected by practices relating to questionable real estate activity.  These seminars were presented to establish ongoing lines of communication between all individuals active in varying aspects of the real estate transaction.  The following professionals are among those who donated their time and energy to speak to individuals concerned with unethical real estate activities at the November 1st seminar in Denver Colorado.

Speakers:

Dan Bradley, FBI, Senior Supervisory Resident Agent:
National, regional and local mortgage fraud issues. Steps the FBI is taking to counter mortgage fraud activity.

Jonathan A. Goodman, Frascona, Joiner, Goodman and Greenstein, P.C.
Jon speaks on how the momentum of the deal sometimes blinds honest professionals and sellers to loan fraud and will implant some latent alarms which will sound off when encountering loan fraud.
 
Jan Zavislan, The Deputy Attorney General For Consumer Protection at the Colorado Attorney General's Office:
The roll of the Attorney General's mortgage, foreclosure, and fraud task force.  Colorado  Laws on mortgage lending and mortgage broker registration currently under review. Types of mortgage complaints currently being received.
