Linda Short, joined I.J. Hill Appraisal
Services in May of 2005. Although
Linda is relatively new to our company,
she has had comprehensive experience
in the real estate business.
Linda became a Real Estate Broker in
1986 and worked in the real estate
profession in southern Pueblo County
for many years. In 2001, Linda began
pursuing an education to enable her to
realize her goal of becoming an
appraiser. She has completed
numerous programs including courses
from the American Real Estate College,
the Real Estate Training Center, and the
Colorado Association of Real Estate
Appraisers. She began working as
a Licensed Appraiser in May of
2006 and becamer Certified
Residential on January 1, 2007.
Linda will continue to work toward
her objective of becoming a Certified
General Appraiser.
Linda was born and raised in Denver
and has also lived on the Western
Slope. Ultimately, she settled in the
Greenhorn Valley southwest of Pueblo
where she raised her two sons and
continues to enjoy life in the mountains.
