I.J. Hill Appraisal Services Opens Trinidad, Colorado Office

We are pleased to announce the opening of our second office in Trinidad and are very excited about offering increased service to our southern Colorado clients and playing a more active role in a community that we so strongly believe in.


Accomplishment

On May 31, Certified General Appraiser Ivor J. Hill was designated as a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, earning the FRICS designation. The FRICS designation, the most prestigious category of RICS membership, is awarded in recognition of an individual’s achievments, including following a strict code of conduct and upholding the highest standards of education and professional training.
